Can I trust Rosa’s Cleaning Services?

Of course you can! We have loyal maids in our business that you can trust. Our references will testify to that. The same maids will come to your house everytime.

Do I need to be home when you come clean?

Most of our customers are not home when we clean. You can be at home though if you wish to. If choose to provide a key, you can be sure we will keep it safely. We can discuss other ways to come and clean your house if you don’t feel comfortable giving us a key.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

You can if you wish to have your very own cleaning supplies, but if you’d prefer that I use mine then, I will be glad to, have in mine though that there is extra charge for it. If you would like to use safe environmental cleaning product then we will gladly use the ones you provide.

Do you have a list of recommended cleaning supplies?

Yes. We recommend, soft scrub, comet, Lysol toilet cleaner, fantastic/409, Pine-sol/ Lysol Floor cleaner/Fabuloso, Murphy’s Oil Soap, Windex, and Pledge. Of course these are cleaning supplies we use, but if you prefer something else we will use that instead, because we are here to satisfy your needs.

Do you have references?

We will gladly provide you with a list of references for your area, just send us an email and we’ll give you some.

How do I pay for the service?

You can pay with cash or check made payable to Rosa’s Cleaning Service or Rosa Galvan at the time of service.

How will our relationship work?

We know that every time we come clean we will be earning your trust. This is why we do not make you sign a contract. We depend on honest and open communication. We will highly appreciate anything we can do to make our service better.

What about holidays or changing a scheduled cleaning visit?

If the scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service. You can be sure however, that your house will be clean before the holidays. If you need to change your date for you cleaning service, we would appreciate you letting us know 3 day notice, that way we will try to get our team reassigned.

What do I have to do before the cleaning?

So your house cleaning can be as efficient as possible, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys or other household items.

What happens if something breaks, is damaged, or turns up missing?

We try our best to take care of your home as if it were our own. But we are aware that accidents happen, so if something breaks or we damage it, you can be sure we are responsible and we’ll repair, replace it or pay for it. If something turns up missing in your home we will make sure it is found, if we misplaced it.

What if I have a special event or I want a detailed cleaning?

We can help you with this. Just let us know with 2 weeks in advance, so we can put enough time to do an efficient job at your house.

What is your guarantee?

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied we aren’t either. Our work is 100% guaranteed and if you are not satisfied, then call us within 24 hours of the cleaning service and we’ll go back to correct our problem.

What time will you be cleaning my house and what day?

We work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. I have certain days where I’m cleaning around an area, but if you have special request for a day, I will see what I can do. In most cases we cannot set an exact hour but we can give you an estimate, because cleaning house can never be exact for each house is unique and has special needs that make cleaning take longer. We will thought try our very best to meet your needs.

Who will clean my home?

Rosa Galvan, and sometimes her children, responsible college students, along with the two regular helpers that always clean. So you can be sure that the same people will enter your house everytime!
